Ben Murrell

Ben Murrell serves as the General Manager for AAR Product Services since March 2024, where significant performance transformation has occurred, including a 40% improvement in sales backlog and heightened customer satisfaction, evidenced by multiple supplier of the year awards. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of General Manager at TRIUMPH until its acquisition by AAR and led multi-site teams as the Director of Engineering for DOE National Defense at Honeywell. Ben's extensive experience also includes business development and program management at Spirit AeroSystems, as well as a director role in program/project management and design engineering at Bombardier. Early career experience includes business management at Midwest Corporate Aviation. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Wichita State University and an Executive MBA from Newman University.
