Bill Ramsey

Bill Ramsey is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at AAR since May 2017. In this role, Bill coordinates test and design/repair engineers to enhance production efficiency and safety while managing the engineering department's budget, which includes various allocations. Prior to this, Bill held the position of Director of Engineering at Triumph Accessory Services from October 2010 to March 2024, overseeing all engineering functions and ensuring compliance with FAA requirements. Bill's earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Engineering Systems at Triumph Accessory Services, where modernized test capabilities were implemented. Bill's career began as an Engineering Technician at Cessna Aircraft Company from July 1999 to October 2010. Bill holds a Mini MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Friends University.
