Heather Gould

Heather Gould currently serves as the Sr. Director of Proposal Operations at AAR since September 2023. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Apogee Engineering, LLC from September 2017 to September 2023, including Sr. Manager of Proposal Operations and Proposal Development Manager. Previously, Heather worked at ASRC Federal as a Business Process Operations Analyst and Proposal Manager from November 2013 to September 2017. Heather's career began as a Family Service Coordinator at Space Coast Early Steps and as a Care Coordinator at Community Based Care of Brevard. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University-Space Coast and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Washington State University.
