Jay Dakoriya has extensive experience in tax-related roles, beginning as an Intern in Dealer Financial Services at Bank of America in 1994. Dakoriya progressed to serve as a Senior Tax Associate at Arthur Andersen from 1996 to 2001, followed by a position as a Senior Tax Consultant at U.S. Trust in early 2002. Subsequently, Dakoriya worked as a Senior Tax Associate at Rodefer Moss & Co, PLLC until July 2000, and later took on the role of Director of Tax at HAECO from April 2002 to November 2025. Currently, Dakoriya serves as Director of Tax at AAR since November 2025. Dakoriya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
