Prior experience includes positions as an International Customs/Imports Specialist at JDC International, a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics, and a Project Manager apprentice at I.S.I Cran Inc. Joe began a career in customer service as a Sales Associate at Play It Again Sports and Michaels Craft Store. Earning a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Organizational Communication with a minor in Mass Media Advertising from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Joe combines technical expertise with strong communication skills.
