John Masters is a USAF veteran with over 30 years of experience in the military, commercial, and MRO aviation industries. They served as Heavy Maintenance Manager at Atlantic Southeast Airlines from 1996 to 2003 and as Vice President of Operations at Embraer from 2019 to 2021. Currently, John is the Chief Inspector at AAR, a position they have held since 2025. They also served as Vice President of Maintenance Operations at Contour Aviation from 2020 to 2025. John earned degrees in Business Administration and Management from Liberty University and Business from the University of Maryland.
