John Roth

John Roth has a diverse and extensive work experience in the aviation industry. John is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development for Government Services at AAR, where they lead the Government Services BD staff and develops business strategies for the delivery of AAR products and services to various government entities. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Strategy and Business Development at Northrop Grumman.

John also has a background in helicopter programs, having served as the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at Airbus Helicopters, Inc. In this role, they led the US military market entry and managed several key programs. At Sikorsky, they held various leadership positions, including Executive Assistant to the President, Chief Operating Officer of Huntsville Operations, and earlier leadership roles. During their tenure at Sikorsky, they played an integral role in corporate strategy, achieved important certifications, and oversaw market growth and realignment.

Before entering the private sector, John served in the United States Air Force as an Integrated Avionics Instructor and Technician. Overall, their experience spans over four decades and encompasses a range of responsibilities in business development, strategy, leadership, and military aviation.

John Roth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Albertus Magnus College.
