Lori Hales

Lori Hales is currently the Drug and Alcohol Program Manager at AAR, a role they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Sr Manager of Drug Abatement at United Airlines from 2021 to 2024, where they led a team to ensure compliance with drug and alcohol testing regulations for over 55,000 safety-sensitive employees. Prior to that, from 1993 to 2021, Lori managed a full-service MRO C/TPA at MEA Drug Testing Consortium, overseeing a team of certified MROs and providing a range of drug-testing services. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1991.
