Lori Knudson

Lori Knudson serves as Vice President and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at AAR since October 2021. Previously, Lori held the position of Senior Vice President for Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit at Aegion Corporation from April 2010 to July 2021, where responsibilities included enterprise risk management, global compliance, and advising senior management on corporate governance matters. Earlier roles included Vice President of Compliance and Internal Audit, Vice President of Compliance, Senior Compliance Counsel, and Securities and Corporate Counsel at Thompson Coburn LLP from August 2006 to March 2010. Lori holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. Louis University - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science with a Management Certificate in Marketing from the University of Rochester.
