Luke Leddy

Luke Leddy serves as the Fabrication Team Lead for The Illinois Space Society, overseeing the assembly of custom rocket components and promoting a collaborative environment. With experience as a Rocketry Engineer and Safety and Logistics Officer, Luke has contributed significantly to rocket launches, safety protocols, and recovery system research. Additionally, a recent internship at AAR provided insight into supply chain processes. Previously, Luke managed operations at the Village of Hinsdale's community pool, demonstrating leadership by enhancing lifeguard performance and overseeing a large team. Luke is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in May 2024.
