Matt Agostini currently serves as the Director of Training and Quality Assurance Inspector at AAR, with prior experience as Training Director/Quality Assurance at TRIUMPH, overseeing FAA mandated training courses and maintaining employee certification records. At TRIUMPH, Matt also held roles in New Product Introduction and Research and Development, focusing on testing and troubleshooting engine fuel components. With extensive experience at Woodward, Inc., Matt contributed to the development of air valves for major aircraft models and managed the repair and investigation of main engine controls for various jet engines, ensuring quality and performance standards were met across multiple high-profile projects.
