Paul Chaney

Paul Chaney is an experienced professional in the fields of process improvement and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as the Director of Process Improvement for AAR CORP. since 2012, Chaney has led initiatives across multiple sites within the Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Group, focusing on continuous improvement, production, facility management, and quality and EHS responsibilities. Previously, within AAR, the role of Environmental Health & Safety Manager was held, where Chaney significantly reduced injuries and costs by 90% through various risk reduction strategies and implemented an impactful in-house nurse program. Prior experience includes positions at Bemis Company, Inc. as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator and at Delta Faucet Company as a Safety Manager. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Aviation & Space from Oklahoma State University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety from the University of Central Oklahoma, and a Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix - OKC Campus.
