Paul Richardson

Paul Richardson is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in sales and marketing within the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at AAR CORP since August 2001, Paul leads the regional sales organization encompassing engine sales and leasing, engine parts trading, airframe component sales, and new parts distribution. Previous roles at AAR include Vice President of Sales for both the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions, and Regional Sales Director focusing on engine parts trading in Asia Pacific. Earlier in the career, Paul contributed to corporate marketing initiatives at Alenia Marconi Systems. Paul holds a B.Sc. in European Business and Technology from the University of Brighton, completed in conjunction with Il Politecnico Di Torino, Italy.
