Pushpa Iype

Pushpa Iype, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Starting in 2005 with Adecco Group, they worked as a Recruiter, Client Program Supervisor, and eventually became a Client Program Manager. In these roles, Pushpa was responsible for hiring qualified candidates, managing employee relations, processing payroll, and conducting new hire orientations. Pushpa also organized employee activities and maintained attendance records.

In 2015, Pushpa joined Omron Management Center of America as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this position, they were responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for various departments within the company, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Accounting, and more. Pushpa utilized various platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and HRIS to find potential candidates. Pushpa also collaborated with hiring managers, scheduled interviews, and conducted full life-cycle recruitment. Additionally, they played a role in employer branding efforts, training HR counterparts in different countries, and managing the internship program.

Pushpa Iype obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northern Illinois University from 2001 to 2004. In 2017, they also obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
