Robert Rolek has over 20 years of experience in analytics, software architecture, data engineering, and digital transformation. They began their career with a summer internship in the IT department of Blue Cross and Blue Shield in 1991 and subsequently held various roles, including Technical Market Analyst at Gelber Group and Managing Consultant at ROLTA | Americas. Currently, they serve as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at AAR, demonstrating a strong expertise in business intelligence and data warehousing. Robert earned a BS in Statistics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
