Ross Neubarth

Director NDT Operations at AAR

Ross Neubarth started their work experience in 1995 as a 67Y Cobra Helicopter Mechanic in the United States Army National Guard. From 1996 to 2000, they worked as an Inspector and Mold Operator at Le Sueur, Inc., where they operated machines, inspected castings for defects, and interpreted design requirements. In 2000, Neubarth joined United Space Alliance as a Senior Non Destructive Testing Inspector, a role they held until 2010. Ross then joined AAR Landing Gear Services, first as an NDT Manager from 2010 to 2013, and later as the Director of NDT Operations starting in 2014.

Ross Neubarth completed a Bachelor's degree in Professional Aeronautics with a focus on Business and Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2001 to 2003. Ross also attended Ridgewater Community and Technical College from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Nondestructive Testing Technology. Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, they obtained an FAA A&P License in Aviation Maintenance from Minneapolis College. Ross Neubarth has also acquired various certifications, including the ASNT NDT Level III from The American Society for Nondestructive Testing in December 2023.
