Shannon Egan

Shannon Egan is a seasoned leadership development coach and trainer currently serving at AAR since November 2023, bringing a wealth of experience from Shannon Claire Coaching as an executive coach from May 2015 to November 2023. As a co-founder of The Biz Sisterhood from March 2019 to January 2022, Shannon addressed the challenges of isolation faced by entrepreneurs. Prior experience includes roles as a recruiter for Octagon Professional Recruiting and as a senior analyst in business intelligence and regional financial analyst at Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Shannon also held the position of manager for development, planning, and feasibility at Marriott International. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University and certifications as a Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner from iPEC Coaching.
