Stephen Cwian

Stephen Cwian has a diverse work experience. Stephen started their career as an Engineering Intern at SK Hand Tool Corporation, where they gained experience in various areas such as Kaizen and Lean initiatives, tooling and fixture design, team and timeline management, and manufacturing. Stephen then joined Brake Parts Inc LLC as a Product Manager/Product Engineer and eventually took on additional responsibilities as a Parts Research Supervisor/Product Management. In these roles, they managed a global team and was strategically responsible for the Friction product line, including product life cycle management and new part introduction. Currently, they are working as a Product Line Director at AAR.

Stephen Cwian earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University from 2010 to 2015.
