Stephen Kirk

Stephen Kirk is a Director of Operations and Engineering with extensive experience in the aerospace engineering industry. They hold Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington. Previously, Stephen worked at Triumph Group as a Shop Support Engineer and later elevated to roles including Director of Engineering and Director of Operations, where they focused on improving processes and supporting production teams. Currently, Stephen is employed at AAR as both Director of Engineering and Director of Operations, continuing to lead teams in the aircraft engine accessory overhaul and support sector.
