Steve Micich has extensive experience in the aviation and machining industries, holding various roles since 1975. Steve began as an Aviation Mechanic in the US Navy, working on H-3 Helicopters during Aircraft Carrier operations. Following military service, Steve served in multiple positions, including Aircraft Inspector at United Airlines and Quality Control/NDT Inspector at Empire Aero Center, before becoming a Quality Engineer at L-3 Communications. From 2005 to 2009, Steve worked as an NDT Supervisor at Indianapolis Diversified Machining. Currently, Steve is an NDT Level III at AAR Corp, reporting to the Director of Quality Control and overseeing NDT workflows. Steve holds an Airframe and Powerplant degree from Teterboro School of Aeronautics and a BS in Aviation Maintenance from Thomas Edison State University.
