Tom Hoferer

Tom Hoferer currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Repair and Engineering Services at AAR since May 2023. Previously, Tom was the President of Unison Industries from September 2017 to May 2023 and held various leadership roles at GE Aviation from June 2006 to September 2017, including General Manager for Business & General Aviation and Turboprop Program Manager for North America. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Master Sergeant in the Ohio Air National Guard from 1985 to 2007 and working as a Customer Program Manager at GE Aircraft Engines from May 2003 to June 2006. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, both from the University of Cincinnati.
