Vincent Wiltse

Vincent Wiltse serves as Senior Counsel and Director of Intellectual Property at AAR, overseeing contract negotiations and intellectual property portfolios. Prior to this role, Vincent held the position of Assistant General Counsel at ViaPath Technologies, providing commercial support and legal oversight in risk management. Experience also includes tenure as Associate Corporate Counsel at Cummins-Allison Corp. and as a Partner at the Law Office of Marc D. Machtinger, where Vincent focused on intellectual property law and patent prosecution for a diverse clientele. Earlier in the career, Vincent was an attorney in private practice and served as an Associate Attorney at Foster, Swift, Collins, & Swift, drafting patent applications. Vincent started in engineering at General Motors, leading aerodynamics development. Academically, Vincent earned a Doctor of Law from Wayne State University and holds advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan.
