William Dewar possesses extensive experience in the aeronautics training and maintenance industry, currently serving as Director of Training at AAR CORP. and previously as Manager of Training since January 2014. Dewar's background includes roles as an Avionics/Electronics Repair Technician and a Hydraulics Technician, along with military service as a Staff Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Educational achievements include two Associate Degrees in Avionics Maintenance Technology from Spartan College of Aeronautics & Technology, where Dewar graduated with a perfect GPA and received multiple honors, including the President’s Honor Roll and the Spartan Leadership Award. As a student leader, Dewar initiated the first Professional Development Center at Spartan College in 2012.
