Aardaia is pioneering a new era of domestication on demand, a transformative approach that harnesses the immense, untapped biodiversity of the plant kingdom to create new crops suited for the challenges of the 21st century.

Aardaia’s flagship crop, the aardaker, is set to revolutionize protein production. This nitrogen-fixing tuber is a high-protein alternative to both legumes and potatoes, with the yield potential of a tuber and the protein density of a legume—a true “protein potato.”
