Sandra Hendro

Sandra Hendro has over 25 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Since January 2002, Sandra has held various leadership roles at Aareon Group, including Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer and Marketing Director, where responsibilities encompass groupwide marketing and communication activities, brand management, corporate design, and digital marketing. Prior to Aareon Group, Sandra worked at Lufthansa Group in several marketing roles, including Teamleitung Marketing Services and Strategisches Produktmarketing, from 1997 to January 2023. Sandra earned a Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) in European Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences Worms and studied at the Universidad de Sevilla in 1999.
