Robert Kwon

Robert Kwon is currently the Director at AArete, where they have been since 2025. Previously, Kwon held several positions within the health financing sector at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, serving as an Analyst, Senior Associate, and Program Manager. They also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Manager at Express Scripts from 2015 to 2020 and as an Actuarial Consultant at MassMutual Financial Group from 2011 to 2013. Kwon began their career as a Pension Consultant at Pension Associates from 2009 to 2011. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Hartford and hold a B.A. in Actuarial Science from The University of Connecticut.
