Jonas Halldén has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jonas currently serves as the CFO at Aarke since September 2021. Prior to this, Jonas was a Member of the unique talent network, Nova, from December 2017. Jonas held multiple positions at H&M Group, including Head of Expansion Analytics & Business Intelligence from December 2020 to September 2021, Group Controller for Group Operations from February 2019 to November 2020, and Business Controller for Global Expansion from March 2016 to January 2019. Before joining H&M Group, Jonas worked as a Senior Analyst at EY's Transaction Advisory Services department from August 2012 to March 2016. Jonas also had leadership experience as Vice President and Head of Corporate Relations at Föreningen Uppsalaekonomerna from July 2011 to June 2012. Jonas began their career at Länsförsäkringar Stockholm, where they worked in Backoffice administration and later in Sales from June 2010 to August 2011. Jonas gained military experience during their one-year service in the navy at Försvarsmakten from January to December 2008 and started their professional journey as a Cashier at ICA from September 2007 to January 2008.

Jonas Halldén has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed the EMERGE Leadership Program at Novare Leadership Academy, which specializes in developing emerging leaders. Prior to that, Jonas attended Uppsala University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics. During their time at Uppsala University, in 2010, they also participated in an exchange program at EM Strasbourg Business School, focusing on Accounting and Finance. In 2011 and 2012, at Uppsala University, they pursued a minor in business law and economics. Additionally, Jonas holds a certification as a Coastal Yachtmaster, which they obtained in December 2008 from Nämnden för Båtlivsutbildning (a boat education council).
