Dara Bain

Dara Bain is a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in various educational settings. Currently serving as Head Teacher at Aaron School since September 2020, Dara develops curriculum, leads professional development, and manages IEP meeting logistics. In a private practice role since December 2015, Dara evaluates and treats children with feeding issues and collaborates closely with families. Experience also includes providing targeted interventions to middle school students at IS162 The Willoughby School and serving as a Clinical Fellow at Legendary Therapy. Dara holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY. Previously, Dara worked in sales and customer service roles, fostering strong communication skills applicable in various contexts.
