Jeremy Bates

Jeremy Bates has an extensive background in retail management, having worked for both Aaron's, Inc and Rent-A-Center. As a Regional Manager at Aaron's, Inc, Jeremy directed retail operations at multiple locations, providing leadership and training to ensure stores were in compliance with company procedures. Prior to that, Jeremy worked as a District Manager at Rent-A-Center, overseeing operations at over 4,000 locations. With experience as a Store Manager as well, Jeremy has successfully trained and developed assistant managers to achieve planned results for sales and collections.
