Since January 2007, Johnny has held multiple positions at The Aaron's Company, Inc., including Regional Manager and General Manager, where responsibilities included monitoring store performance, fostering relationships among General Managers, implementing communication systems, managing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to this, Johnny worked as an Audio Engineer at Legacy Tech, specializing in audio and video systems for various settings, and held roles as a Traffic Engineer at United Rentals, Barber at San Diego Mission and Associated Barber College, and Assistant at Teens Reaching Out to Help, demonstrating a diverse skill set and commitment to community involvement.
