Marcelo Gonzalez

Marcelo Gonzalez currently serves as General Manager at Homestate Dispensary since August 2022 and at Aaron's, Inc. since September 2019, focusing on operational efficiency and strategic initiatives. Previously, from January 2012 to September 2019, Marcelo was General Manager at Club Fitness, overseeing the daily operations of four locations and enhancing member satisfaction through staff development and operational analysis. Earlier experience includes serving as Bar Manager at Sherlock's Restaurant and Bar from October 2004 to January 2012, where Marcelo managed bar operations and customer service. Marcelo also has military experience as an Infantry Team Leader in the United States Army from January 2002 to January 2004. Marcelo is currently pursuing education at St. Charles Community College, having earned a High School Diploma from Marquette Sr. High School.
