Marcus Alston

Marcus "Tony" Alston has over 20 years of experience in regional management within the retail sector. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Aaron's, Inc. since 2013, Marcus oversees operations for eight stores in the Greater Chicagoland area, focusing on hiring, training, and regional profitability. Prior to this, Marcus was the Regional Director at Rent-A-Center from 2000 to 2013, where responsibilities included multi-unit management, hiring, training, and P&L management. Marcus holds a degree in Business Management from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Tuskegee University.
