Mien Tran

Mien Tran has a strong background in risk management and data science. Mien is currently working as the Sr. Director of Fraud and Decision Science at The Aaron's Company, Inc., a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Data Science and Risk at the same company from July 2021 to May 2023. Mien also served as the VP and Head of Risk at Credito Real USA Finance from January 2021 to June 2021. Before that, they held various managerial roles in risk and lending at Populus Financial Group, Axcess Financial, and ACE Cash Express. Mien's career began as a Statistics Specialist at Southern Methodist University, and they also worked as a Consultant at AmWINS Group and a Research and Teaching Assistant at SMU.
