Mike Turner has extensive experience in operations management within the service industry, currently serving as Regional Service Manager at Aaron's, Inc. since July 2007. In this role, Turner oversees performance across eight service locations in the eastern United States, focusing on P&L, annual budgeting, and capital projects, while ensuring efficient operations and revenue growth. Previously, as General Manager, Turner managed a service center responsible for repairs and maintenance of home appliances and electronics, maintaining a significant repair parts inventory. Turner started the career as an Avionics Technician in the US Navy and held the role of Lead Technician at Rent-A-Center before advancing in management. Turner holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Capella University.
