Sandy Hornak, CPP, is a retired professional with extensive experience in payroll, finance, and tax management. They served as a State Tax Accountant at Alcan Corporation, where they supervised tax compliance and managed audits across multiple states. Following that, Sandy held roles at Novelis Corporation, culminating in the position of Payroll Manager, overseeing payroll operations for thousands of employees and implementing process improvements. They also consulted in payroll and finance analysis before retiring in 2023.
