Alice Shi currently serves as a Consumer Experience Design Strategist at AARP, the largest nonprofit organization focused on empowering individuals as they age. Previously, Alice Shi held multiple roles at Capital One, including Program Lead for the Diversity Equity & Inclusion Transformation, where strategic leadership and human-centered design were utilized to enhance employee experiences. As Chief of Staff for the Consumer Bank Local Distribution, Alice Shi supported an extensive team focused on customer interactions. In earlier roles, Alice Shi provided HR consulting to various business leaders and completed a HR Leadership Development Program, which involved a rotational model and leadership training. Alice Shi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University and is pursuing a Certificate in Design Thinking from UVA Darden Executive Education & Lifelong Learning.
