Sr. Digital Strategist

Chris Hunter is a seasoned digital strategist with extensive experience in managing web operations and digital initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Digital Strategist at AARP since April 2022, Chris leads the Membership, Value, & Communications workstream, focusing on digital membership dashboard goals. As the owner of District Spring Digital since September 2018, Chris has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Previously, as Director of Web Operations at the American College of Cardiology from July 2013 to September 2021, Chris achieved a 233% increase in site traffic, significantly impacting digital advertising revenue and membership dues. Chris's career began with roles in digital and multimedia management, including positions at The Johns Hopkins University, Ford's Theatre Society, MHz Networks, and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Film and Video and a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Society from American University.
