Christian Hurst is an accomplished author and marketing professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and brand strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Brand Strategy and Creative Services at AARP since June 2020, Christian directs branded campaigns and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance audience engagement. Prior to this role, Christian held various positions at Marriott International, including Design Director and Senior Art Director, where responsibilities encompassed translating strategies into compelling digital narratives and overseeing creative storytelling. Additional experiences include serving as a Creative Director at Chalk + Chisel, a Creative Services Manager at Informa, and an Art Director at Lockheed Martin, alongside freelance roles that span several years. Christian holds an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from HACC and has furthered education at PennWest Edinboro.
