Dawn Angelo

Dawn Angelo is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in nonprofit management and coaching. Currently serving as Regional Director at AARP since February 2022, Dawn also operates Dawn Angelo Coaching as a Leadership Coach and Consultant, focusing on leadership development and transformational change. Previous roles include Executive Director at JDRF International, where Dawn led efforts to combat Type One Diabetes, and interim Executive Director at the American Red Cross, overseeing organizational operations. Dawn's career also includes key positions at Positive Coaching Alliance, where significant fundraising efforts were directed, and various leadership roles at the American Red Cross and Catholic Charities Minnesota. Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from St. Catherine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Augsburg University.
