Ed Hickey

Ed Hickey has extensive experience in supply chain management and customer service operations, holding significant leadership roles in various industries. Currently serving as a volunteer with AARP since February 2014, Ed leads discussions on important topics for individuals aged 50 and older. Prior experience includes positions as Supply Chain Consultant at Zinc Air, Inc., and Director of Supply Chain Management at SonoSite Inc., where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive supply chain activities and strategic supplier management. Previous roles also include Director of Customer Service Operations at Dade Behring, overseeing a customer call center with a substantial budget and staff, and Materials & Planning Operations Manager at DuPont, where Ed led cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes. Ed's educational background includes an MBA from Wilmington University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, complemented by further executive education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
