Euler Uy

Euler Uy, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL has extensive experience in project and program management. Euler is currently working as a Delivery Lead II - Content Publishing at AARP. Before that, from 2015 to 2021, Euler worked at TCG, where they held various roles such as Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager/Senior Technical Project Manager, and Technical Project Manager. In these positions, they managed a $32.5M portfolio of web-based software applications for the Executive Office of the President. Prior to TCG, Euler was a Senior Project Manager at NCI, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, where they were responsible for managing application development projects for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). From 2008 to 2011, Euler worked as a Senior Project Manager at CSC, leading projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Their extensive work history also includes a role as an Assistant Director at Ernst & Young, where they led the deployment of a global service quality assessment system and managed a Lotus Notes development team.

Euler Uy, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from The George Washington University. Prior to this, Euler attended John Carroll Catholic High School. In addition to their education, Euler has obtained certifications in various fields, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute, and Project Management Professional (PMP) also from Project Management Institute.
