Frank Soto has extensive experience in engineering and product analysis within the medical device industry, having served in various roles at Medtronic from 1990 to 2020, including Engineering Manager, Sr. Principal Engineer, and Principal Engineer. Frank's expertise includes failure analysis of micro-electronics used in medical devices. In addition to this background, Frank currently contributes to the AARP Arizona Volunteer Council, starting in November 2021. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Arizona, earned between 1979 and 1984.
