Jesse Salinas

Jesse Salinas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program design and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP of Community Program Design and State Director at AARP since January 2012, Jesse leads a strategic business unit focused on achieving AARP's vision at the state level. Prior to this role, Jesse held several positions at Hands On Network, including VP of Strategic Partnerships and Network Development, where innovative initiatives such as Hands On Tech were developed, increasing sales and renewals significantly. Jesse's earlier career includes roles at Hands On Atlanta, where leadership contributed to substantial organizational growth and successful fundraising campaigns, as well as positions at Alliance Theatre and Alabama Shakespeare Festival, showcasing a consistent focus on marketing and event management. Jesse holds an MFA in Arts Administration from The University of Alabama and a BFA in Theatre from the University of Colorado Boulder.
