Jill Kadish

Senior Advisor, Customer Experience at AARP

Jill Kadish serves as the Senior Advisor of Customer Experience at AARP, focusing on project management transitions to a scaled Agile framework and enhancing consumer testing and product development operations since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jill held significant positions at the American Diabetes Association from January 2011 to April 2020, first as Director of Innovation, where the promotion of innovation culture and customer-centric initiatives was key, and previously as Associate Director of Engagement, leading cross-functional teams to achieve product adoption and satisfaction metrics. Jill began her career at Thomson Reuters as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing global project management teams and implementing communication strategies. Jill holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Ithaca College, with studies at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
