Joe Harr

Joe Harr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of data analysis and strategy. Currently serving as a Data Skinner and Behavioral Science Sherpa at AARP since February 2014, Joe Harr also holds the position of Chief Strategist and Owner at Logical Applications, a role maintained since January 2010. Previous experience includes serving as Strategy Director at Barton Cotton from August 2007 to December 2009, and Vice President of Analytics at Adams Hussey & Associates from 2000 to 2007. Joe Harr began a career in information services as Director at APIC from 1995 to 2000, following a position as Project Manager at Morant Data Systems from 1993 to 1995.
