Loria Hubbard

Loria Hubbard is currently employed at AARP as an Associate State Director for Community Outreach in East Tennessee. Previously, Loria held the position of Director of Programs at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee and The Arc Tennessee. Loria has a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Tennessee Technological University, a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from the Center for Nonprofit Management, and certificates in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Other Disabilities, as well as Disability Policy and Leadership from Vanderbilt University and Partners in Policymaking Leadership Institute.
