AARP
Luis Campillo serves as the Regional Director for AARP in Los Angeles since November 2015, leading a cross-functional team to enhance AARP's presence in local communities and strengthen multicultural engagement. Prior to this role, Campillo worked as a Senior Associate at Ibarra Strategy Group from January 2008 to April 2015, providing advocacy and outreach for prominent clients. Between July 2005 and December 2007, Campillo was a Legislative Correspondent in the office of U.S. Senator Jack Reed, addressing constituent inquiries and drafting communications. Campillo began a career in public policy as a CHCI Public Policy Fellow at the National Immigration Law Center, focusing on immigrant rights and legislative advocacy. Academically, Campillo holds a Master of Business Administration from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
