O'Reilly's experience in the U.S. House of Representatives includes serving as Staff Director and General Counsel for the Committee on Education and Labor, as well as Labor Counsel. O'Reilly holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor's degree from American University.
