Melissa Duluc currently serves as an Advisor in Consumer Experience Design at AARP, beginning in November 2023. Previously, Melissa held various roles at Fairfax County Public Schools from January 2019 to July 2023, including DEI Lead for Professional Development, where leadership of 20 staff members focused on data-driven DEI programs and equitable practices. As a Lead Spanish Language Educator, responsibilities included instruction, team management, and staff onboarding. Additional roles in education encompassed online Spanish instruction, Learning Management System training, and teaching at George Mason University and in France. Melissa's academic credentials include two Master of Arts degrees in Spanish and French Language and Literature from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in both French Language and Literature and English from SUNY Cortland, along with ongoing certification in Instructional Design and Online Learning.
