Michael Padmore

Michael Padmore is an experienced professional in advocacy and community engagement, currently serving as the Associate State Director at AARP since September 2023. Previously, Padmore held various leadership positions including Director of Advocacy at NH Medical Society and JV Boys Basketball Head Coach at Manchester Central High School. With a strong background in political and community organizing, Padmore has worked as Field Director for Civix Strategy Group and New Hampshire State Director for NextGen Climate. Additional experience includes roles alongside the New Hampshire Democratic Party and the Presidential Inaugural Committee. Padmore earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Rowan University in 2010.
